We always stay at this hotel during our annual trip to Melbourne. The staff here are so lovely and welcoming. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location of this place is absolutely perfect for us, as it's surrounded by amazing restaurants. We usually stay in a studio suite, which is just perfect for us as a couple or as solo travelers. We highly recommend this hotel!

We had an awesome stay at a hotel in central Melbourne. The location was perfect, with easy access to Chinatown and Bourke St Mall. The room had a great city vibe and was very modern. As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location and easy access to transport, entertainment venues, and hospitality options. Amazing staff and attention to detail. The friendly and skilled team were pretty good too ensure a comfortable stay. The little touches like a personalized welcome card and free mini bar made me feel welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything I needed.

There was an issue with the thermostat in the room, but the hotel promptly provided fans and even offered to change our room. They also gave us a compensatory bottle of wine, a thoughtful gesture.

We loved staying in this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to Parliament station and tram stations that take you to different parts of the city. It was also ideal for us as it was within walking distance of all major CBD attractions and the hospital where my father was. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect and the facilities were great.
